Just checked in for my flight and am finalizing all of my lists, files and plans for NSS. I'm eager to get to New York and meet all of the wonderful people I've been corresponding with over the past few months as I prepared Stationery Today.
Stationery Today will be available Sunday-Tuesday as you enter Javits and will feature timely Show-floor coverage and highlights from various exhibitors, seminars and attendees. This is the second year Great American Publishing and the National Stationery Show have partnered on Stationery Today, and we're proud to keep you informed and engaged while you're visiting NSS. Be sure to pick up your copy during the Show. For those of you who may miss it, be sure to check www.stationerytoday.stationerytrendsmag.com after NSS to download a PDF copy of each day of Stationery Today.
While you're at NSS, don't forget to visit our Stationery Trends booth (2544-2546) to sign up for or renew your subscription to Stationery Trends. We're offering a special NSS-only price for anyone who signs up during the Show. Plus, the first 200 people who visit our booth and subscribe will receive a FREE eco-friendly Stationery Trends tote and will be entered to win a $500 Tiffany & Co. gift card!
Stationery Trends' editor, Sarah Schwartz, will be on-hand to scope the latest stationery trends and see what everyone's talking about. Plus, she'll be delivering her ever-popular Trends for 2009 seminar twice (10 a.m., Sunday, May 17 and 10 a.m., Monday, May 18). If you don't already have your ticket, be sure to get one ASAP because Sarah's seminars are always a big hit.
In addition to Sarah and myself, also in attendance from Stationery Trends will be Matt McCallum, publisher; Brian Virgona, associate publisher; and Robin McMurray, creative director (and my Stationery Today partner in crime). Be sure to stop us and say "hi" if you see us. We all look forward to NSS and we'll see you in New York!

My favorite is the new invitation company called Luxury Invitations. They blow Arlene Segal out of the water with their unique papers and gorgeous silk boxes.
